Electron Crypto Wallet Now Available On Push-Button Phones
August 9, 2018
Crypto owners have already witnessed many versions, kinds and types of digital wallets by Electron. But this one stands out against all the previous ones as it can work on the old-fashioned push-button ones like Nokia 3310.
Electron chief developer Jonald Fyyookball used to state late February that the dev team will be backed by Coingeek. This week saw J2ME wallet (Java Micro-Edition) released that will allow for making use of the traditional wallet functionality at good old push-button phones.
The wallet is primarily aimed at BCH support which will facilitate cryptocurrency adoption in locations where push-button phones are used most, including Asia and Africa. According to studies by Counterpoint, there are around 1.3 billion push-button users.
